佇𪜶的研究裡,Cohen佮Koenen專工研究鳥鼠仔體內的米色脂肪,因為鳥鼠仔米色脂肪細胞的功能佮人的咖啡色脂肪細胞的功能相倚,攏有誠旺盛的代謝產熱能力。佇咱胸坎的主動脈佮頷頸的頸動脈血管外膜的脂肪組織內,有誠濟咖啡色脂肪細胞佇咧。這號包佇咧血管外面的脂肪組織毋但予血管粗勇,閣會分泌hoo-lú-bóng控制血管筋肉的伸勼。往過捌有人發見因為大箍抑是老化致使脂肪組織內脂肪細胞組成的改變,會引起發炎佮高血壓,暗示佇咱動脈外膜的脂肪細胞種類對維持心血管的健康不止仔要緊。若準欠咖啡色脂肪會致到人大箍,Cohen佮Koenen憢疑鳥鼠仔的米色脂肪細胞佇脂肪組織內的量佮功能,凡勢就是維持心血管健康上大的關鍵。

Nā-tsún khiàm ka-pi-sik tsi-hông ē tì-kàu lâng tuā-khoo, Cohen kah Koenen giâu-gî niáu-tshí-á ê bí-sik tsi-hông sè-pau tī tsi-hông tsoo-tsit lāi ê liōng kah kong-lîng, huān-sè tiō sī î-tshî sim-hueh-kńg kiān-khong siōng tuā ê kuan-kiān.

Cohen佮Koenen觀察一種因為基因突變造成𪜶生成無米色脂肪的鳥鼠,發見這號鳥鼠𪜶血管外膜的脂肪組織有較濟白色脂肪,血壓較懸,閣有血管硬化佮纖維化的問題,若共原底健康的血管組織濫著白色脂肪細胞的分泌物,嘛會致到相𫝛的結果。利用RNA定序的技術,𪜶發見一款號做QSOX1的酵素會引發血管硬化佮高血壓。因為米色脂肪會壓制QSOX1的表現,米色脂肪若有欠缺,會造成鳥鼠仔體內的QSOX1衝懸,引起血管收縮佮硬化,就按呢心臟著愛較出力做工才通共血捒振動,造成血壓夯懸。若共鳥鼠仔的QSOX1基因鉸掉,就準講無米色脂肪佇咧,𪜶的血管嘛是規欉好好,無各樣。

In-uī bí-sik tsi-hông ē ap-tsè QSOX1 ê piáu-hiān, bí-sik tsi-hông nā ū khiàm-khuat, ē tsō-sîng niáu-tshí-á thé-lāi ê QSOX1 tshìng kuân, ín-khí hueh-kńg siu-sok kah ngē-huà, tsiū-án-ne sim-tsōng tio̍h-ài khah tshut la̍t tsò kang tsiah thang kā hueh sak tín-tāng, tsō-sîng hueh-ap giâ kuân.
