出癖抑是出痲仔(著痲疹)對老輩的台灣人來講是𪜶囡仔時誠四常的代誌,彼當陣猶無預防射(疫苗)通注,痲仔本身的傳染力閣強,逐个囡仔普遍攏會著。好佳哉自從疫苗的上市以後,咱袂閣受痲仔的威脅,對較少年輩的台灣人來講,咱對出癖的認捌可能是對國校仔的健康教育課學來的。雖罔佇台灣已經誠罕得咧聽著人出癖,毋過佇濟濟開發中的國家,伊猶原是危害人健康甚至造成真濟囡仔死亡的殺手。可見出痲仔和著一般的感冒歇睏規工仔就好勢無仝款,是愛特別注意的病症,會記得細漢佇課本就有讀著,囡仔出癖若無細膩共照顧常常會併發肺炎、腦炎等等嚴重的併發症。是按怎出癖遮𠢕引起傷重的併發症?毋知敢有人佇彼當時讀著這段課文的時,有去共稽考?

癌症是現代人健康上大的威脅之一,針對癌症所開發的療法是那來那濟,不而過,毋管是傳統的化學療法抑是新一代的標靶療法,雖罔頭起先常常攏有袂䆀的效果,毋過病人終其尾定定攏拄著癌症復發的問題。癌症會復發通常是源自癌細胞發展出袂驚化療抑是標靶藥仔的能力,予頭先有效的藥仔落尾變做無路用。若按照演化論適者生存的概念來看,毋管是癌症復發抑是細菌產生抗藥性,攏是源自外界的壓力,也就是化療藥佮抗生素,共大部份的癌細胞抑是細菌刣死,予病症改善,毋過佇細菌族群抑是癌組織內底,加減有一寡對藥仔有抵抗力的細菌或是癌細胞,𪜶因為袂驚藥仔,會使佇別个細菌抑是癌細胞予藥仔毒殺以後,沓沓仔生湠,最後予消失的症頭閣夯起來。

人若食老毋但身體比少年時較荏,跤腿和手骨的筋肉嘛𠢕流失。捌有媒體報導講,佇台灣每十个老大人就有一个有筋肉不足的症頭。閣有較驚人的代誌是,筋肉的流失恐驚比你所想的閣較早開始,根據國外的研究,人若過30歲,筋肉就開始沓沓仔流失。聽候到60歲抑是80歲的時,分別有欲四分之一佮一半的老大人,有筋肉量無夠的問題。這个問題佇台灣65歲以上的老大人的發生率甚至佮失智症相當。筋肉量若無夠,會予筋肉的力頭不足,造成人跤骨手骨較無力,予𪜶愈貧惰運動,無咧動會予筋肉愈𠢕流失,惡性循環之下予老大人𠢕跋倒著傷,致使𪜶長期倒眠床,年久月深了後濟濟慢性病就綴咧來。
